Kazakhtelecom, the largest telecommunications company in the Republic of Kazakhstan, has been using the Contour Business Intelligence platform for over ten years. More then 300 corporate reports have been created by Kazakhstan's VAR partners, who provide technical support and consulting services to Kazakhtelecom. Over 3000 users, including users based out of head office and company branches, use the platform.
Up to present, Kazakhtelecom has been using the 5th version of Contour BI, though leading company specialists have recently undergone training in preparation to make the switch to Contour BI 6.0.
Fourteen managers and specialists received instruction on how to set up analytical portals, reports, and dashboards and were introduced to new chart types, new map features and administration techniques, and new possibilities for corporate architecture.

The Contour Business Intelligence platform is used to create corporate and public analytical portals without needing to know how to code and with access to multidimensional interactive reports on PCs and mobile devices.
